| so today i don't even know what i ate. well i do... and here it is: breakfast: nothing lunch: nothing supper: nothing other: popcorn popcorn popcorn (400), 1 piece of cake (319) total: 719 BOO. OMFG. i just fucking weighed myself. 182!!!! 182!!! WTF. how did i gain weight.. i haven't been eating... | i almost did the bad tonight.. i almost got a quarter pounder from mcdonalds.. i was SO freaking tempted.. i just wanted something greasy.. it's been two weeks since i ate fast food like that, boston pizza isnt fast food.. but i resisted. i got in my car after work n just drove home. go me woo. breakfast: nothing lunch: nothing dinner: turkey bacon sandwich from TH (440) other: rold gold pretzels (190), glosette raisins (250), 3 scrambled eggs (250) total: 1130 ew. i went over. fucking christ. well the good news is i lost 2lbs.. 178! haha woo. so yeah f me im stupid. | | |
| so tonight my boyfriend wants to take me out to dinner and a movie.. i'm not sure what we're going to see because there's nothing really good out.. i really wanted to see alpha dog with justin timberlake but it's not at our theatres for some GAY reason :( .. hopefully it will come next week or something. i was thinking on seeing freedom writers.. that looked pretty good. anyways for the dinner deal we're probably going to boston pizza again.. since it's my favorite.. i'm not sure what i'll get.. maybe a salad and something else.. i have no idea. i always find it hard to resist the bandera pizza bread.. which alone is 900 cals. its so freaking good though:( breakfast: nothing lunch: special k (150) dinner: bandera pizza bread (890), chicken fingers (590) other: 3 oh henry pieces (130) total: 1760 JESUS CHRIST IM A FAT PIG. i am never eating out again. does anyone have cheat days, like where they can go over their normal daily calorie limit once a week? i think i might have to do that every now and than because of this going out to dinner ordeal with my boyfriend. sigh. keep up the good work girls!:) | | |
| it's my day off yayyyy. haha. i have to make my boyfriend some brownies soon.. peanut butter swirl? there's 215 cals in one brownie.. i might be able to have one.. breakfast: nothing lunch: special k (150) dinner: chicken noodle soup at hand (70) other: 3 pieces beef jerky (170), 1 brownie (215), dill pickle popcorn (200) total: 805 i thought this special k stuff was like.. corn flakes but it's like rice krispies haha. i think next time i'll try the yogurt and berries special k, for flavor, cause this stuff is soooo bland. but 1tsp of sugar on it is 16cals so i might do that.. who knoooows. stay strong girls! | | |
| so today wasn't to bad.. wasn't as good as yesterday with my whopping 157 calories haha. i got some special k (150), and some soup at hand (60cals).. and with special k you lose 6lbs in 2 weeks so thats pretty radical lol.. radical, who says that nowadays haha. i can't wait to get my scale & diet pills saturday! woowoo. oh and tonight, i was like IM SO GETTING GARLIC FINGERS after work.. but i resisted! and i got a sandwich instead which is 8083490234 calories less haha. breakfast: 2 pieces of toast, with butter, ham & cheese (300) lunch: diet pepsi (1) dinner: nothing other: chicken salad sandwich from TH (380), pretzels (190) total: 871 not badddddddddd. everyone keep doing super! i'm off to hang out & do some exercises eventually.. bye:) | | |
